Welcome to Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC! By renting a golf cart from us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

• Golf Cart Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
   
• Golf carts are street-legal and may only be operated on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less.
   
• Operators must follow all applicable South Carolina laws, Myrtle Beach ordinances, and Beach Golf Cart Rentals policies.
   

• The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your booking confirmation. Late returns will result in additional fees.
   
• Golf carts must not be operated under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances.
   
• Golf carts may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or towing.
   
• Renters are responsible for returning the golf cart in the same condition it was provided.
   

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
   
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental will receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental will receive a 50% refund.
   
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early returns.
   

• Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the golf cart during the rental period.
   
• Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of the golf cart.
   
• Renters must immediately report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues.
   
• Renters must carry auto liability insurance and agree to cover any claims or damages that occur during the rental.
   

• Golf carts must be parked in designated areas and secured when not in use. You are responsible for any parking violations that may occur during your rental period.
   
• Renters must not overload the golf cart and must adhere to passenger limits specified in the rental agreement.
   
• Use of the golf cart is at your own risk, and Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage.
   

By signing the rental agreement or booking online, the renter agrees to the following:

• I understand that operating a golf cart involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death.
   
• I agree to operate the golf cart in a safe and lawful manner and assume full responsibility for the safety of all passengers and others on the road.
   
• I release and hold harmless Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses resulting from my use of the golf cart, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or death.
   
• I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the rental period.
   
• I agree to comply with all South Carolina laws, local ordinances, and Beach Golf Cart Rentals policies during the rental period.
   
• I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
   

• We collect personal information (such as your name, contact details, and payment information) to process bookings and improve our services.
   
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
   

• Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
   
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Horry County, SC.
