Welcome to Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. By using our website, renting a golf cart, or engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a contract between you (the customer) and Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC.

• Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC offers golf cart rentals, delivery services, and related information through our website and staff.
   
• We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at any time for reasons including (but not limited to) non-compliance with these Terms, unsafe use of equipment, or failure to meet payment obligations.
   
• We may also decline rental requests if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.
   

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use our golf carts and website lawfully and respectfully.
   
• Not engage in unlawful activities, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, bullying, or promoting illegal behavior.
   
• Not submit false information, spam, or promotional content unless authorized.
   
• Not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.
   
• Follow all South Carolina traffic laws and Myrtle Beach ordinances while operating rented golf carts.
   
• Respect our property and return all rentals in the condition received, barring normal wear and tear.
   

• Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information on our website, but we are not liable for errors, omissions, or website downtime.
   
• Rentals are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind.
   
• We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents, or losses resulting from the use of our golf carts or website.
   
• You agree to release and hold harmless Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims arising from the use of our services.
   

• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC and is protected by copyright law.
   
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
   

• We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or misuse of our services.
   

• Payment is due at the time of booking.
   
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental will receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental will receive a 50% refund.
   
• No refunds will be given for no-shows, early returns, or unused rental time.
   

By renting a golf cart, you acknowledge the risks associated with its use and agree to:

• Operate the cart safely and legally.
   
• Accept full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during the rental period.
   
• Hold Beach Golf Cart Rentals, LLC harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages related to your rental.
   
• Follow all local laws, including South Carolina golf cart laws and Myrtle Beach ordinances.
   
• Ensure that only authorized drivers (age 21+, with a valid license and insurance) operate the cart.
   

• We collect your information (name, contact details, payment info) for rental and service purposes only.
   
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
   

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Horry County, SC.
